About Us!
What is Extole

Extole was founded in 2009 with a simple mission: to enable brands to harness the power of word-of-mouth recommendations and emerging social networking platforms. Consistent with this mission, we created “Refer-A-Friend” — a solution that became the industry’s leading referral marketing solution. As consumers were becoming increasingly connected, it became clear that social marketing could and should expand well beyond Refer-A-Friend. We envisioned a range of applications for brands to identify their highly engaged, loyal customers and turn them into “social advocates” — who, in turn, refer the brand and products to friends. This is the foundation of the Consumer-to-Consumer Social Marketing opportunity that we see at Extole.
Today, Extole provides the leading Consumer-to-Consumer Social Marketing Platform for brands to turn existing customers into social advocates and tap into a new high-value marketing channel by harnessing the power of social referrals. Extole enables measurable social results with social referral programs, promotions, testimonials, and robust social analytics. With Extole, brands drive highly qualified new customers and sales through social referrals, boost traffic and awareness with rich social content, and gain deep insight into customer behavior across their social graphs.
